Excellent mattresses that ensured all of us had restful sleep, including our picky sleeper. The location is convenient, but the coffee quality during meals could be improved.

My partner slipped on the bathroom floor and ended up at the casualty department suffering with a dislocated/fractured shoulder. There are serious safety issues with the tiles on the floor. I nearly slipped twice it is very dangerous. The tiles should never be used on the floor they are the same as the ones we have on our walls at home. The air condition of the bathroom wasn't working and the overflow of the bath wasn't very effective either.

It was right by the Fish Market, the Aquarium and the marina, public transport and the centre of Ostend, fantastic and peaceful location overall. It was extremely close to Kombuis, where you can have lunch.

The staff were attentive,, and the dining experience was great with a diverse buffet selection and a refreshing atmosphere.

The absence of air conditioning during warm weather made it a bit uncomfortable despite the nice amenities.

As a regular visitor to this hotel I always find it to be clean and friendly and the staff are always helpful.

The only redeeming quality was the so-called 'helpful' staff who barely managed to get some soya milk after I raised an eyebrow. The coffee was beyond terrible-like, did they even taste it? Plus, I totally expected a complimentary welcome gift-just to feel special, you know? I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The two little beds were not too comfortable. The room was very small.

The hotel's playground kept the kids entertained, and we loved chilling in the sauna. We explored Leopold Park and Maria Hendrika Park, both beautiful. There's a great bar within the hotel with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this spot for group trips!

The only downside for us was the room size-definitely on the smaller side, a bit cramped, especially with luggage.

I thought this hotel was very poor and not good value for the money.

Proximity to the beach and marina, varied buffet dinners, refreshing and inviting lobby area

The room cannot have only single beds!!! The garish decor feels dated and smells unpleasant!!! The hair dryer is beyond outdated-it's like a relic from the '80s!!! There's definitely room for improvement!!!

The rooms are extremely spacious and bright here with use energy before bed, the bathroom, as example. All in all they offer good service. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and you can park your car on site

The location of the hotel is very central and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and most other amenities.

No on site car parking.
